Shipping Times and Policy
We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choosing (USPS, UPS, etc). Since all orders are customized and produced on demand, it will take production time. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out based on the following estimated timeframe:
Production time: 1-5 business days.
Shipping time: 5-9 business days.
We only ship to US domestic addresses. We do not ship internationally. We offer free shipping when orders subtotal is $85 or over.
Return and Exchange Policy
Since all items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacture's defect.
Item eligible for return must be in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition. Item must still be in original packaging.
If an item is eligible to be returned due to manufacture's defect, the buyer will need to ship back the defective item at the buyer's expense. Once the item is received, School Swag Solutions will examine the item to verify the defect. If verified, the buyer has the option to receive a replacement at no cost, or receive a refund less the shipping cost of the item. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Put the following in the subject line of the email: Return Request: <insert order number here>

If there are multiple items in the order, please indicate which item is being returned.

In the body of the email: Describe the manufacture's defect.

A clear picture of the defect must be included.
